Great little netbook. Fast, lightweight, competetive pricing. Two things I’d like to see improved - the keyboard is cramped and causes a lot of typos. Other models have better spaced keys and a larger touchpad. Also, it comes pre-bundled with McAfee AV which really slows the OS. I removed it and installed a better AV which doesn’t impact performance.

while acer notebooks as a product is probably pretty good I am actually completely frustated and disappointed with Amazon. Its been 2 weeks and the product is still not shipped. They have no idea on what the problem is and still canoot commit a date. Have offered me free shipping but thta does not help as i needed thte netbooks 2 weeks back. this is my first bad experience with amazon. My hope was if customer services would have got creative to ship an alternative netwbook rather then simply saying here is a shipping credit and if you dont want it cancel the order….rather cocky attitude
